Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge in parents’ room, when using an existing bed or Baby Cot.
The rates for all the villas are per unit – no extra bed supplement.

50% deposit of total amount is required to finalize reservation.
The deposit is nonrefundable.
Remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
•Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date: Charge of the deposit (50%).
• Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date: Charge of full stay (100%)
